Dishion, Owner of Ceremonial Teas, has enjoyed the lovely arts of the tea ceremony since childhood. Caroline is a 1995 graduate of Cal State University Northridge with a major in political science. She enjoys globe trotting and international tea tasting. A fine dining enthusiast, she has hired many professional catering companies for private and professional needs.
In 2008 Caroline completed the Foundations of Tea Level I Course by the Specialty Tea Institute. She is also a member of the National Association of Catering Executives, The Soroptimists International, Quilter's Association and The Ninety-Nines, International Organization of Women Pilots.
Caroline finds the cultural differences in tea ceremonies especially intriguing and she has developed Ceremonial Teas with a mission to bring a world class perspective to your private tea party.
